All Mix 'n' Ball smoking products are ornamental in purpose. Mix 'n' Ball, in no way, condones, endorses, advertises, recommends, implies, or intends for these products to be used with any substance other than those deemed legal smoking mixes such as tobacco and knaster, or in a way that is against or in conflict with local law. In addition, it is understood that this Mix 'n' Ball site has never and does not endorse/condone the smoking of illegal substances under any circumstances and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for the individuals or groups who do.

WARRANTY

Who says you can't get a warranty on an Herb Grinder? At Mix 'n' Ball, we are so confident in our quality of product that we give a Full Coverage Warranty on each store item with just a few simple conditions:

Product "Coating" warranties will automatically expire if Purlizer Cleaner (available via this site) is not purchased and used to care and maintain the outer "coating" and "cover" of your Mix 'n' Ball product(s). To ensure that you always maintain active product warranty, purchase the Purlizer Cleaner product and literally add years to the life of your Grinder or Pressor.

If your product arrives damaged (i.e. scratches, miss fittings, etc.), simply send a picture of the damaged item with a short problem description memo. We will, in turm, send you either the appropriate replacement part or, if needed, a whole new product. Simple as that!

Have you had your Mix 'n' Ball product 1 month? How about 1 year? Is your screen coming out of place? Don't worry! Mix 'n' Ball will cover this rare but problematic issue as well!!

TIP
Although we take great care to ensure that all product ships perfectly, some shipping damage may occur in transit. So - when your product arrives, please review it carefully from all angles. Make sure to "dry" use it to ensure that all parts fit and screw together easily.

PRIVACY POLICIES

You may browse the Mix n Ball website anonymously as often as you wish and we will never collect or attempt to collect any data from you. However, you may choose to register an account with us to enjoy a tailored browsing and shopping experience. In doing so, we will only collect the information you submit to us as required in the registration process.

Secure Ordering
When you complete your order, we ask for personal information about you, such as your full name, address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card details. This data will only be shared with our payment service provider and courier services, and only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order.

We collect anonymous, non-personal data, such as how many times a product is purchased or viewed, in order to continually modify our website to suit the browsing trends of our users.

When you register for an account with mixnball.com, we require that you give us a valid e-mail address. This is so that our system can verify your registration and issue you with a personal password to allow you access to your member area.
You should use your member account to store your personal data, for the purposes of making orders with mixnball.com. You can also use your account to sign up for email updates and newsletters.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns

There are no returns for open boxed products, if you have used it you can not return it.

If you have placed an order and wish not to receive it than do not accept your shipment, however shipping charges will apply plus 10us$ handling fee.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24hr, free of cost.
however cancellation fees will be applied at 5% of your order plus 10us$ handling , if you cancel after 24hr.

Shipping

we strive to ship within 48 hr, allowing you to cancel or added products to  your order within 24hr.

Shipping is made from our warehouses in the u.s.a

We ship in brown boxes, if the item is not in stock your order will be processed and you will position your self in a waiting list, we obligate to ship not later than 6 weeks of processing your order. As we manufacture them ourselves and this procedure is a very long , this is a new line of mix'n'ball that will be shipped ; the third line since 2002.
