What a great gadget it is... so small but can press such a huge quantity of pollen thanks to its 3 inserts. the small one goes in first than the pollen is added, now adding the 2 insert and close the other cap. when you done turning and pressing you can add the other insert, if you still have room for it, to make it tighter. if it wont go in it mean you pressed a big chunk.
