 this is a personal coffee grinder which allows you to store you whole coffee bean in an air tight storage box, located in the bottom of the grinder.

this grinder has very sharp teeth so you can close the lid very easy, when closing the lid on the beans; the sword shaped teeth will brake the bean's. this contribute to easy operation and will preserve the life time of this grinder. in fact you get a 5 year warranty on this item.
the grinder is also coated with an organic coating know from kitchen ware products. the coating will insure the original smell and taste of the grounded coffee.
the stash box in the bottom is very nice and will hold enough for couple of cups while you are not at home. very good for travelers, traveling agents, traveling sales man and any one who wants to have his own fresh coffee beans when he is not at home. the stash box is water proofed for up to 50 meters so this is more than enough to keep your coffee fresh like in the moment you opened the box.

pay attention:

Ground Beans - Ground beans don's stay fresh as long as whole beans because more surface area is exposed. Keep ground beans in an airtight container in a a dry dark, place at room temperature for approximately two weeks.

Freezing or Refrigerating Coffee Beans - It is generally not recommended to store coffee beans in the freezer or refrigerator. The enemies of coffee are extreme temperatures (hot or cold), air, light, moisture, and strong odors.

The freezer is acceptable only for a one-time shot. What this means, is that once you take it out of the freezer, it should never go back in. Condensation can form and adversely affect taste, as the frozen moisture on your coffee will melt and be absorbed into the bean, which deplete the flavorful oils.
 

you should however store the coffee beans in small bags,using 1 at a time.

this will help to preserve freshness.
